My last SAFe test was SAFe 4 Teams (upgraded to 4.5 because grandfathering). The classes that are required for the tests are not known to cover the materials on the test. Using Google to pass the test is unethical. Safe Exam Browser provides all of that out of box. We need to lock down short cut key, third party application, screen capture etc. After spending some time, we realize that there is more to it. They say it's Closed Book and Closed Notes. We initially though to achieve it through programming in the web app it self. Please visit the release notes for a list of all changes. It's not proctored, but 'cheating' is frowned upon.

By default, one display is allowed and external displays need to be disconnected. Corporate firewalls (including VPNs) often cause this delivery method to fail.

Added remark about runtime dependencies to setup confirmation page and extended error message of setup bundle.
SAFE EXAM BROWSER PROCTORING WINDOWS
Fixed issue with input language switch of Windows being rendered in kiosk mode Create New Desktop. This allows accessing camera/microphone and is needed for web-based remote proctoring or video conferencing solutions. Enabled WebRTC for integrated browser engine. You can do what you want during the exam. The foundation of what we do requires trust. It is closed-book, closed notes, so opening up separate browser tabs is frowned upon. Added live proctoring support with Jitsi Meet and live proctoring extensions for SEB Server integration. None of the Scaled Agile certification exams are proctored.
SAFE EXAM BROWSER PROCTORING UPDATE
SEB 3.2 for Windows is a feature update which introduces live proctoring with Jitsi Meet, enables WebRTC for the integrated browser engine and fixes issues reported by the community.
